6 Ways To Change Your Diet For Clear Skin.

Sometimes, i'ts not about whether or not we're using the right products when trying to clear our skin. Sometimes it's about our diet, our stress levels, and if we're drinking ENOUGH water.

Here's a quick guide to follow when simply trying to clear up your skin.

You have to drink water to flush the toxins out of your body.

Add fruits to your diet. Buy a cheap fruit bowl and put it somewhere visible in your kitchen so that you'll be more tempted to grab it and eat it.

Some of the best fruits that'll help out are pineapples, plums, lemons, kiwis, avocadas, apples, strawberries, and bananas.

Flaxseed resuces the inflammation in the skin, which treats acne.

Check out my strawberry banana recipe with flaxseed below that'll start clearing up your skin in just 7 days.

Strawberries have antioxidants which prevents wrinkles and bananas are full of potassium which moisturizes and hydrates.

Orange vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes provides a lot of Vitamin A.  Red and yellow bell peppers are a source of Vitamin C which provides collagen, keeping the skin firm and strong.

If you're not a fan of bell peppers, then I suggest using a collagen protein powder like https://amzn.to/31ehTC6.

I'm not telling you to go vegan by any means BUT research shows that skim milk triggers acne the most out of all milk. But when clearing up your face, it’s best to avoid all dairy.

Everyone knows that exercise is great for overall health, including our skin. So just do it!

It's easier said the done but this is one of the most important tips I have for you. If you already have ance, stressing will only make it worse.

Not only is stressing bad for your skin, but it’s also bad for your health causing heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, and more.
